Nath

Nathan has specialised in employment law and data protection for over 15 years. He acts for a wide range of employers and individuals based in Yorkshire and beyond.

Nathan’s employment law expertise has been recognised by The Legal 500 UK and he has been described by clients as “a first class employment lawyer” whose “understanding of human nature” means that he is often able to second guess an opponent’s next move and factor that into his advice.

Nathan has a particular interest in contentious employment law cases (including dismissals, whistleblowing and restrictive covenant litigation) and is increasingly instructed by clients to advise in relation to the employment law issues arising out of the use and misuse of social media.

Key areas of work include:

  • Employment Law
  • Dismissals & Grievances
  • Discrimination
  • Whistleblowing
  • TUPE
  • Social Media
  • Data protection
  • Executive Terminations
  • Restrictive Covenants & Confidential Information
  • Redundancies
  • Settlement Agreements
  • Contracts of Employment
  • Employment Policies and Procedures
