If contacting us for the first time, we'll happily provide you with up to 30 minutes free general advice (in a single call). We’ll use this call to understand your situation, needs and/or requirements and also to give any initial thoughts, views and feedback that we might have.
If you haven’t heard from us within 2 working days of submitting your enquiry, this regrettably means due to existing workloads and commitments we’re unable to provide the free initial telephone consultation service to you and your details will be deleted. Adopting this approach provides certainty for you, so you are not left waiting.
In most cases, however, we are able to let you know the same day, and often within hours if we can take your matter forward and/or help you.
