Our approach
We created Harrington Law because we wanted to break free from the traditional law firm mould. We’re passionate about the work we do and have created a niche law firm enabling us to focus on what we’re best at - providing expert employment law, HR & data protection guidance, support & advice.
We believe in forging strong and lasting relationships with our clients. We value those relationships and we nurture them. We want our business to grow alongside yours and ultimately to create a positive and rewarding client experience and maybe even, on occasion, to make the experience of engaging with a law firm and lawyers fun.
We appreciate that a ‘one size fits all’ approach rarely works. Our clients value the time and effort that we invest in getting to know what works for them and what doesn’t. They want and value creative, adaptable, hard-working and above all, approachable lawyers, lawyers who understand their needs, lawyers who can keep a cool head in a crisis and lawyers who get the job done.
